I had an issue with my booth and support kept telling me they were going to sort it out, but I’m still kind of confused about what was actually being done. It just dragged on, and I had to keep following up to get any replies. In the end, nothing really changed, and it felt like they were just hoping I’d stop asking. Disappointing overall...

I reached out hoping to get some help, but it felt like I was just ignored the whole time. No real support, no useful response, nothing that made me feel like my issue mattered. It was really frustrating and disappointing, and I walked away feeling let down.

At first, the price seemed straightforward, but a few extra costs showed up later that I wasn’t expecting. They weren’t huge individually, but those little charges added up and made the final total feel less clear than I’d hoped...

We booked blababooth.com for our event, the booth itself worked fine and looked nice. The problem was the attendant, who barely seemed interested in helping anyone.

Our guests had questions, and instead of actually explaining things, he would act annoyed or just point at the screen. Then when the printer jammed, it took forever for him to come over, so we had people standing around waiting, which was embarrassing.

I get that events can be hectic, but it really felt like we were bothering him just by asking for help. If this is the kind of service we can expect, we’ll probably just take our future events somewhere else.

I was excited to use this backdrop, but as soon as I opened it, that excitement dropped fast. The quality just wasn’t what I expected. It felt cheap, didn’t hang nicely, and the overall look was kind of disappointing. I wanted to like it, I really did, but it just didn’t work for what I needed

I love photobooths, they are a great way for a person to have memories when traveling. I was excited but was very let down. First off, expensive for what it is. Second, the machine was not working. It gave us filter and effect options and we could not click on them. The machine was malfunctioning for sure. Then, it did not alert us it was taking photos. After it took the badly timed photos, we were not even able to choose the color or border of the photos. Terrible booth experience.

I was annoyed when this showed up. It looked cheap right out of the package, and the colors were completely off from what I expected. I was hoping to use it right away, but nope, just a letdown.

The booth was frustrating. It kept freezing, restarting, and ended up missing a bunch of photos, which was the last thing we needed when everything already felt rushed. We had to keep stopping to ask for help, and you could tell guests were getting annoyed waiting around. For the price, I really expected it to just work without all the hassle.

I wouldn’t use it again. It kind of threw off the whole flow of our event, and then guests started getting annoyed, which just added stress we didn’t need. Maybe it works better for other people, but for us, it caused more problems than it solved.

I was disappointed with the customization options. I’m the kind of person who notices little things, like spacing, colors, finishes, and how one small choice changes the whole look, so I was expecting to be able to tweak more. But everything felt really basic and kind of locked in. There just wasn’t much to adjust beyond the obvious stuff, and for the price, I really thought I’d have more control. In the end, it felt like I was settling for something that was close enough, but not really what I wanted

The packages were just confusing. I kept trying to figure out what was included, but it still felt unclear, and the more I looked, the more overpriced everything seemed. It was confusing from the start, and the pricing just didn’t feel worth it.

I tried using the Instagram and Facebook buttons to share my booth pics, but it either failed or posted some weird links instead. The options are there, so I thought it would be quick, but I ended up feeling like I was wasting time and risking losing the moment to share them properly. In the end, I had to download everything and send the pictures myself. it just wasn’t worth the hassle

I ended up needing way more room than what was mentioned when I booked. I even checked my receipt and the confirmation email to make sure I hadn’t misunderstood anything, but the space just wasn’t enough for what I had planned. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely wish the size had been described more accurately.

I was told it would be simple, but the link kept giving me errors on both my phone and laptop. There wasn’t any clear help or quick fix either, so I ended up wasting way more time than expected just trying to download the pictures. Good idea and fun experience in the moment, but the follow-up was disappointing

The photo quality just wasn’t great. It came out really grainy and kind of blurry-looking, not what I was expecting. I tried to look past it, but... yeah, it was disappointing.

We rented this booth for our party and it basically froze up right when people were trying to use it. Guest photos kept failing over and over, which was super annoying and killed the fun. And the so-called “support team” was more like the disappearing act squad because nobody helped us at all. Disappointing experience overall.
